Sheffield Precision Building is a general contractor located in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina – servicing Morganton, Hickory, Mooresville, Lenoir, Lincolnton, Denver and other areas in Lincoln, Catawba and Burke Counties. Our Story
Sheffield Precious Building was built on the conviction that property owners deserve high-quality craftsmanship, honest service, and fair quotes. During Isaiah Sheffield’s first job as a welder fabricator, he quickly learned that not everyone in construction held his same commitment to good work and fair pricing. It was then that a passion to start his own business - one built on quality and integrity - was born. He dug into the world of renovation and custom building, taking a job with a custom home builder to learn the ins-and-outs of general contracting. Then, in response to encouragement from past clients, he obtained his North Carolina General Building Contractor’s license and stepped out on his own to start Sheffield Precision Building.
